Three scans from the fall/winter

I finally got around to developing a few rolls of film that had been sitting in the fridge for a few months. From that, I think I got three keepers. Here are the quick scans. Look for prints coming this summer!

Thanks Dave!

The camera is a Pentax 67. It's medium format, so each slide/negative is 6cm by 7cm (approximately four times the size of a 35mm negative).
For the first two shots, I used a 2-stop graduated ND filter. I use those quite a bit for sunrises/sunsets.
I've been experimenting with a few different film types, and these three were taken on color negative film – Fuji Reala 100.
For scanning, the images above are just low-resolution scans, done quickly so that I could share them online. But when it's time to actually make prints from them, they will go through a drum scanner.

What process did you use (equipment included) which allowed you to get these shots ? 35mm? Camera? Scanning equipment? Fantastic shots.
